Delete your Ditch Hitch Safety account

Delete from the app (recommended)

Open the Ditch Hitch Safety mobile app, go to Profile → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email sales@ditchhitch.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

• Deleted: your login credentials, profile (name, email, phone number), notification history, device and push-token data, and training completion records.
• Retained: signed recovery documents (including photos, signatures, and job-site details) are legal safety records and are retained by the company they belong to, as required for legal and compliance purposes. They are unlinked from your deleted account.
